Systems Engineer IV (Government)

Job Description :

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site. No relocation is offered.

AT&T will deliver systems engineering and technical support to the US Navy providing software, hardware, cybersecurity, installation, and logistical services in support of current and future programs.

AT&T has an opening for am Principal System Engineer supporting the design, development, and integration of complex computer operating and hardware systems for federal customers. This role spans the full systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, system implementation, and testing.

Job Duties / Responsibilities :

• Establishes state-of-the-art techniques for designing, developing, modifying and troubleshooting highly complex computer operating / hardware system
• May work independently on projects requiring advanced, concentrated and diversified knowledge regarding engineering principles in broad assignment areas or may serve as project lead with supervisory responsibilities.
• Designs operating / hardware systems; formulates system concepts and architecture, specifies requirements, and develops implementation approaches
• Identifies and directs resolution of complex hardware / software interface issues
• Subject matter expert on emerging technologies
• Directs the development of systems specifications and technical documentation
• May serve as project lead, either working independently in a technical role in field of specialization, or in providing work leadership with management or supervisory responsibility for the group

Required Clearance :

TS / SCI or Secret clearance (#tssci) (#secret)

Required Qualifications :
