What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Edit videos to showcase Communication Arts classes, alumni successes, and student achievements

Capture and share photos on social media platforms

Design promotional posters and monitor slides for departmental needs

Write engaging copy for social media to promote events and initiatives

Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to gather stories and create compelling content

What is Required (Qualifications) :

Currently enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as an undergraduate

Expected graduation date of December 2026 or later preferred

Strong oral and written communication skills

Experience with audio / visual equipment and tools

Proficiency in video editing and graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
