Job Description :

This position is responsible for consulting with new or existing lender clients in optimizing their credit risk management processes through their use of Crowe technology tools. Primary responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of Crowe financial analysis technology, developing customer relationships, maintaining an understanding of customer credit processes and system usage, collaborating with the software technical team to troubleshoot customer issues, growing the impact of the product with clients, and participating as a subject-matter coach with the product development team in helping to design new software capabilities to address emerging needs.

Duties :

• Develop a deep understanding of Crowe's financial analysis software
• Establish and maintain relationships with commercial credit professionals and clients
• Support clients use of Crowe financial analysis software
• Consult with new and existing clients on commercial credit best practices and Crowe technology tools
• Gather information regarding the processes and tools used by existing clients and prospects
• Maintain understanding and familiarity with regulatory compliance affecting the commercial credit area
• Collaborate with software technical team to identify the most effective methods to accomplish client goals while creating efficiencies and improving the quality of credit decision data
• Translate client-driven business needs into consumable features / stories for the development team
• Prepare and make presentations to new and existing clients
• Collaborate and provide guidance with agile development teams in building quality software and software enhancements
• Prepare and analyze financial analysis industry peer data
• Collaborate with clients to ensure they are able to execute their commercial credit processes with the support of the technology tools

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000.00 - $153,100.00 per year.
