The New Restaurant Opening Planning Specialist leads strategic planning for New Restaurant Openings (NROs) and market entries optimizing schedules and resources to support efficient growth. This role manages vendor relationships cross-functional coordination and internal and external communications related to growth initiatives. Additionally they maintain project tracking systems and provide detailed reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Your Impact and Responsibilities :
- Review and track development turnover dates recommending strategic opening dates that maximize operating weeks and Growth team capacity while maintaining detailed reports on all schedule adjustments
- Create strategic Growth team deployment schedules to reduce costs and maximize efficiency recommending trainer staffing and hiring needs to support optimal growth plans
- Enhance update and maintain all resources and materials related to Growth Planning
- Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations to maximize efficiency reduce cost and achieve optimal opening plans
- Serve as a liaison between the field and all departments regarding Growth activities
- Utilize the project management system to track all Growth-related information and documents building process improvements and enhancements to the tool as necessary
Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience working with a quick service or service-based companyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbalStrong time management project management and problem-solving skillsExpertise in various technology systems especially Microsoft Office and QuickBaseAbility to multi-task prioritize and manage many short-term projects simultaneouslyAbility to handle highly confidential information and solve problemsPreferred Qualifications :
