Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant (Senior)

Location : Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) – Local preferred; non-local must relocate Day 1 Type : Contract (New Implementation)

Required

  • 10+ yrs Systems Analyst / Developer; 3+ yrs Oracle HCM (Core HR, Payroll, TA, TM, Benefits, Retirement)
  • 7+ yrs : 2+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations (Core HR, Payroll, OGL)
  • 7+ yrs : Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – inbound / outbound integrations
  • 7+ yrs : OTBI & BIP report development
  • 5+ yrs : SQL / PL / SQL
  • 3+ yrs : Training & mentoring teams

Highly Desired

  • 3+ yrs : Python
  • JavaScript, XML, Web Services, HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Page Composer

    • Must-Have Experience

  • RICEW design (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
  • BRD creation, solution blueprints, data conversions
  • OIC, BIP, OTBI, HCM Extracts, HDL, UCM, MFT
  • Page personalization (Sandbox, Redwood), approval workflows, custom roles
  • Leading on-prem to Fusion conversions, cutover, post-go-live support
  • Quarterly update management & adoption
