Job Description : We are seeking a motivated, multi-talented Sales Manager to join our team! In this role, you will wear many hats-handling administrative tasks, supporting sales, troubleshooting basic tech issues, and helping maintain our website. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a small, dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administrative Support : Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and organize documents.
  • Sales & Customer Service : Drive sales growth by actively assisting with inquiries, processing enrollments, and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention.
  • Technology Support : Troubleshoot minor tech issues (software, systems) and liaise with vendors for solutions.
  • Website Management : Update website content, manage online platforms, and support marketing campaigns.
  • Communication : Serve as a point of contact between customers, staff, and management.
  • Growth-Oriented Tasks : Identify process improvements and contribute to company development projects.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in office administration, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.
  • Basic knowledge of website design / management (WordPress or similar platforms a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, proactive attitude.
