Key Responsibilities
Support Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT) for members aged 0-20
Conduct outreach calls for overdue appointments and assist with scheduling
Coordinate transportation for appointments and promote health-related community events
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree in education, communication, or health-related field, or equivalent work experience
2 years of experience in a customer service support role
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of medical terminology
Digital literacy assessment required
