This is an exceptional opportunity for a special candidate to join a mid-size accounting firm located in downtown San Francisco. We are seeking a CPA with strong leadership potential and the following “must” qualifications :

• CPA (not a candidate)
• accounting experience
• 4 – 12 years of experience; at least some of which with a Big 4 firm
• superior technical knowledge
• demonstrated or perceived leadership ability
• preference will be given commercial / corporate tax experience, but (very) strong individual / trust or audit experience and knowledge may be acceptable
• prefer an existing book of business, but not absolutely necessary…would, however, need to be able to demonstrate a strong potential for successful business development
• very competitive compensation and benefits package depending upon experience, EOE
