Location : Orange, CA, USA

Experience level : Senior (4+ years). Lead brand and creative for utility infrastructure and engineering services. Hands-on creative leadership for field-facing communications and integrated campaigns. Translate complex technical content into clear, on-brand materials used on-site across the U.S. Role involves shaping brand systems and driving production of digital, print, environmental, and vehicle collateral, in collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Safety teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own brand strategy, messaging hierarchy, and scalable visual systems for technical and field-facing channels.
• Lead creative execution for integrated campaigns (digital, print, signage, vehicle / field collateral), ensuring clarity and safety compliance.
• Manage and mentor a small creative team and cross-functional contractors; set priorities, review work, and build production workflows for fast on-site turnarounds.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Safety to translate complex technical content into clear, actionable communications for stakeholders and end users.
• Oversee vendor relationships and production budgets; approve artwork, manage timelines, and ensure quality control from concept through deployment.
• Establish measurement and optimization routines to use performance insights to iterate on creative and improve engagement and adoption.
