UKG WFM Pro Implementation Specialist

UKG Pro WFM, Dell Boomi, Integration,

Job Description :

6-10 years of experience with UKG WFM Pro or similar workforce management systems.

Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management principles.

Ability to design and develop technical solutions for complex business requirements.

Experience collaborating with internal teams to integrate UKG Pro WFM with other systems.

Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation.

Experience with integrations, particularly using Dell Boomi.

Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure UKG Pro aligns with organizational goals.

Implementing and migrating Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Workforce Dimensions with Dell Boomi expertise.

Knowledge of modules like Scheduling, Timekeeping, Analytics, Global Time Off, Accruals, Attestation, Attendance, and Devices.

Configuring Pay rules, Work rules, Labor Level Transfers, Adjustment Rules, Wages, Exceptions, Holiday Profiles, and Holiday Credit Rules.

Technical development and support of interfaces with Dell Boomi knowledge.

Developing and delivering training programs for end-users.

Leading end-to-end implementation of UKG Dimensions for global clients, including configuration, testing, and deployment.

Experience in setting up Postman Setup, Encryption & Decryption of the source files.

Expertise in data migration, system optimization, and user training to ensure successful adoption.

Troubleshooting and resolving integration and configuration issues during implementation and post-go-live support.

Good to have skills :

Boomi certification or UKG-specific certifications.

Experience in SQL Programming Knowledge

Experience in Agile Methodology
