ROLE MISSION

Strengthen ORIGIN’s community through daily engagement, coordination, and culture-building

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and execute community engagement strategies and programs

Manage daily activity, conversations, and moderation across Discord

Build genuine relationships with members, turning engaged participants into advocates and long-term community ambassadors

Oversee community moderators to ensure smooth onboarding and engagement

Plan and support campaigns, collaborations, and content initiatives

COLLABORATION

Report directly to CEO and Community Director on initiatives, engagement performance, and member feedback

Work with Community Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent member experience

Collaborate with active members to create programs that deepen loyalty and long-term engagement

STANDARDS

Consistent communicator who builds trust and connection through warmth, empathy, and presence

Balances creativity with structure to keep the community active and aligned

Culturally fluent and passionate about internet trends, music, and digital communities

Moves with care and intention to nurture belonging and create true fans

REQUIREMENTS

2–4 years of community experience in discord

Strong understanding of digital landscape

Experience working directly with founders or leadership teams in fast‑paced environments

Must be based in Los Angeles
