Key responsibilities :

• Provide operational support in a 24 / 7 team environment primarily covering the Easter Standard Time EST shift. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility to work other time zones and shifts when needed including weekends or non-standard hours to ensure continuous team coverage. While we value empathy for work-life balance adaptability and responsiveness during peak demand and critical incidents are essential.
• Incident management change management and release management for production and lower environments.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients across US and international time zones.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting monitoring and technology support for payments platform.
• Write scripts queries and automation Unix database (RDS Postgres Oracle) Terraform AWS.
• Support centralized co-located team operations in Jersey City.
• Assist in onboarding new technologies and integrating anomaly detection platforms.
• Participate in regular in-person interviews team reviews and probation evaluation exercise.
