About the Role

The VP of Development will also be expected to champion the organization's mission and vision, ensuring that all interactions with donors and team members reflect the values of the organization. Candidates for the VP of Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 7 years' of experience in non-profit development. A strong background in philanthropy, major gifts, and donor management is essential.
