DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL INNOVATION

SUMMARY

The Director of Digital Innovation will be responsible for all the software related activities by screening, evaluating, selecting, negotiating, purchasing, managing the best available software and tools for the companies such as, but not limited to, Procore, Salesforce, etc. Additionally, the Director of Digital Innovation will lead the efforts on data analytics and utilization based on the internal data pool through proper platforms and advanced analytics tools to better support the business visibility and decision making. This position reports to the Head of Process Innovation, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This position is based out of the Houston, TX office and will be on site daily. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm or 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 30% of the time.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Digital Products

Lead efforts to identify opportunities to standardize key business software systems across all GES businesses (Procore, Salesforce, Engineering tools (Autocad, PVSyst, etc.), support SAP)

Promote opportunities for strategic and tactical reporting both native in platform and through advanced BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL)

Provide support and guidance on best practices for IT and towards creation of centralized GES IT department (Standard File Storage / Sharing, Azure Active Directory, SSO, Standard Laptop Configurations, Wiki)
