Onboarding Officer
Salary Banding : From 28,000 per annum
Contract Type : Full Time / 37.50 Hours / Remote
Location : Remote with travel to offices when required
First week will be in the Northampton Office for training
Closing Date : 7th November 2025
The Role
Acting as an advocate of the Bright Horizons Safer Recruitment Policy, as an Onboarding Officer you will own the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires for nurseries within your allocated division, as well as providing compliance training, advice, and support, to ensure the company complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies at all times.
