This is a remote position.
The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing analysis forecasting and decision support leveraging financial and operational data for a global professional services and technology organization. This individual is responsible for the timely delivery of accurate financial reporting across our clients business lines while providing actionable insight on the same to global and local business leaders. The successful candidate will be effective in owning both tactical delivery at the speed of the business and owning strategic initiatives.

As a Financial Analyst you will :
Complete weekly and monthly reporting package from all required financial and operational sources
Deliver timely revenue forecasts using a repeatable process; continually update the forecast process to evolving business dynamics and keep clear documentation on the same.
Develop and maintain cost and pricing models to support new and existing service lines.
Collaborate with global FP&A colleagues and business leaders to align on FP&A processes reporting and communication from your local region.
Assure timely financial reporting for senior executive management.
Ad-hoc reports projects and initiatives on an as needed basis
Requirements
Our skills and wish list includes :
BS / BA in Accounting Finance (or related discipline with relevant work experience)
3-5 years of financial reporting experience preferred
3-5 years of financial modeling & forecasting experience preferred
Industry FP&A experience a plus
Experience with SAP or similar ERP system preferred
Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining to build custom financial reports for multiple lines of business
Ability to understand and build complex forecast models
Work well in a cross-functional matrix environment both independently and as part of a team
Advanced Excel skills required
Excellent communication skills (verbal written presentation)
