NeuAnalytics is looking for a highly experienced solutions / product trainer who can also act as a company-wide integrator. We are seeking someone with at least 5 years of content creation for adult learners, preferably with SaaS based software solutions. Previous experience developing comprehensive employee programs that enhance overall company success is required. This role will ultimately expand from internal development to collaborating directly with our clients through demos and training on our solutions. This is a high-profile role in our organization working directly with the CEO, executives, and clients. What You Will Do :

• Partners with senior leaders and other solutions experts to understand all aspects of NeuAnalytics suite of products, eventually becoming a high-level subject matter expert.
• Creates, publishes, and teaches training classes with the assistance of deep subject matter experts.
• Educates employees and clients on the functionality of NeuAnalytics solutions, eventually being able to conduct client demonstrations.
• Assist with the identification and development of high potential employees contributing to the organization succession plan.
