Job Title : RN - Medical / Surgical
Location : Lafayette, LA 70503
Duration : 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)
Unit : Neuro / Ortho-Trauma
Shift : Night Shift, 12-Hour
Schedule : 7 : 00 p.m. - 7 : 00 a.m., 36 hours per week
Job Summary
- Deliver patient care using the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act
- Delegate, direct, and assist team members while ensuring quality patient outcomes
- Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies for patients and families
- Use clinical data to evaluate and promote optimal outcomes
- Support customer satisfaction and employee morale
- Adhere to compliance, privacy, and patient safety standards
- Perform additional duties as required
