ROLE DESCRIPTION :

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Client Relationship Building : Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their individual insurance needs, and providing personalized guidance and support.Insurance Consultation : Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options, ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of their policies and benefits.Sales Generation and Targets : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such office walk-ins, referrals, current customers, cold calling, networking events, and other lead generating methods. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently contributing to the achievement of team and company revenue goals.Quoting and Proposal Creation : Prepare accurate insurance quotes and proposals based on clients' needs and preferences, effectively presenting the value and benefits of the offered insurance products.Cross-Selling and Up-Selling : Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products to existing clients, maximizing their coverage and overall satisfaction.QUALIFICATIONS :
1-3 years sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferredSuccessful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferredBilingual : Spanish requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable mannerStrong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help clients meet their insurance needsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyBENEFITS :
