The Product Manager : Digital HR Transformation will lead the design, development, and adoption of digital products that modernize enterprise workflows, enhance employee experience, and unlock data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This role bridges strategy, technology, and user experience, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products that drive measurable business impact. The Product Manager will define vision, build roadmaps, and lead cross-functional pods of engineers, data scientists, and business SMEs to deliver transformation at scale.
Major responsibilities include :
Strategy & Vision :
Define and communicate a clear digital product vision and roadmap aligned with enterprise transformation goals.
Translate organizational goals into North Star metrics (e.g., automation %, cycle time reduction, adoption rates).
Partner with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and experience improvement.
Develop business cases and ROI models quantifying efficiency, cost savings, or workforce impact from digital initiatives.
Product Discovery & Design :
Lead discovery workshops to understand pain points and map end-to-end workflows.
Gather insights from stakeholders and users to shape digital product requirements.
Apply design thinking and journey mapping to reimagine processes and experiences.
Benchmark solutions against best-in-class digital transformation frameworks and industry innovations.
Product Delivery :
Create and maintain the digital transformation roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and priorities.
Write epics, features, and user stories with measurable acceptance criteria.
Partner with technology and data teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.
Lead Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) to ensure continuous delivery.
Change Enablement & Adoption :
Partner with communications, operations, and training teams to drive user adoption and cultural change.
Define success metrics for adoption, engagement, and performance; monitor progress through dashboards.
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the product continuously evolves to meet user needs.
Celebrate and communicate success stories to reinforce the value of digital transformation.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement :
Define and track KPIs such as digital adoption, efficiency gains, and automation rate.
Leverage analytics to measure business impact and inform product enhancements.
Establish post-launch feedback loops to iterate and scale successful solutions across the enterprise.
Education & Experience :
5+ years of experience in AI / ML development.
7+ years of experience in product management or engineering leadership.
Experience in the HR technology space is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Licenses, Certifications & Training :
AI / ML related certifications are a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors :
Strong understanding of AI / ML concepts and techniques.
Experience with HR processes and data.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of data privacy and security principles.
