job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPrevious experience assembling standard and custom machinery Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting GD&T tolerances Ability to modify, fit, and align assemblies to tight specifications Capable of reverse engineering and handling builds from start to finish Hands-on machining experience : manual / CNC mill, lathe, and surface grinding Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, HMIs, servo motors, and robotics Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Clear communicator who works well with designers, team members, and customers Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for projects Experience with rigging and leveling machinery Exposure to both manual and CNC machining environments Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Background in customer-focused manufacturing roles
