Ampersand Therapy is seeking dedicated para educators to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year in Lakewood, Washington. Whether you’re an experienced para educator or just beginning your school therapy journey, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Highlights :

• Location : Lakewood, WA
• Position : Para-educator
• Schedule : On call / as needed basis
• Setting : In-person, 1 : 1 and classroom support positions
• Start Date : ASAP

Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

1)Complete at least two years of study at an institution of higher education; or 2)Obtain an associate (or higher) degree; or

3) Pass a state-approved paraeducator assessment, such as the ETS ParaPro test with a score of 455 or higher
