Job Summary :
CASES is seeking a compassionate and culturally competent Reentry / Forensic Mental Health Therapist to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care to adults impacted by the criminal legal system. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the Therapist conducts assessments, develops recovery-focused treatment plans, and provides individual, family, and group therapy. This role emphasizes integrated, person-centered care and collaboration with both clinical and justice system partners.
Working within a multidisciplinary team and co-located program structure, the Therapist conducts clinical assessments using evidence-based tools, develops collaborative treatment plans, and delivers individual, family, and group therapy. They coordinate with internal and external partners-including psychiatrists, case managers, peer specialists, and justice system personnel-to ensure integrated, person-centered care.
The position is based within CASES' Nathaniel Clinic, which operates two outpatient mental health programs a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) located in Central Harlem and a Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitative Service (MHOTRS) Program located in the South Bronx; serving clients with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and complex psychosocial needs.

Shift Hours : This position is full-time Monday - Friday; shifts include 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM or 10 to 6pm.
Salary : The salary range for the role is $65,000 - $70,000 per year
