Job Title : Clinical Director

Job Type : Part-Time (20-25) hours / week, W2 Employee

Location : MSC Family Restoration Center, 7375 Adventure Way, Colorado Springs, CO 80923.

MSC Family Restoration Center is a Christian counseling practice committed to providing compassionate, clinically excellent, and faith-integrated mental health care, upon client request. We serve individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, meeting them at the intersection of psychological health and spiritual growth.

Position Overview :

MSC Family Restoration Center, a Christian counseling practice, is seeking a Clinical Director to provide leadership and oversight for our counseling team. This role combines clinical supervision, team development, all within a supportive, faith-centered environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide supervision and guidance to licensed and pre-licensed counselors.
  • Oversee clinical quality, documentation, and compliance.
  • Support staff development, team collaboration, and integration of Christian faith in counseling.

Qualifications :

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling.
  • Active LPC, LCSW license in Colorado.
  • 2+ years post-licensure clinical experience (supervisory experience required).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to Christian faith and ability to integrate it into practice.
  • Paneled with insurance or willing to be paneled with insurance and willing to do supervisory billing.
  • Qualified to supervise under DORA's requirements.

    • Schedule & Compensation :

  • Part-time (20-25 hours / week), flexible schedule.
  • W2 employee status.
