Technical Program Manager

The Technical Program Manager will coordinate specific development activities across the Sensor product line. His or her main duties are to manage the development project, report on the key activities to the Senior Management, drive improvement plans in line with the Product line guidelines and interface with Key Customers.

The Program Manager must be able to interface and lead a highly skilled, cross-functional development team, manage and report on the status of design, engineering and manufacturing activities for the new Product introduction or a Change management project with the worldwide team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following behaviors and / or characteristics : Team oriented, self-motivated, proactive, positive thinking, data driven, strong documentation, organization and communication skills, flexible, customer sensitive, goal oriented, problem solver.

M Sc. in engineering with 10 years minimum experience in new product development or semiconductor manufacturing. Experience in MEMS Sensor products is a plus.

Project Management certification (P.M.P) or prior experience as Program / Project manager is required (5+ years).
