Responsibilities for a Specialist, Logistics include but are not limited to :

• Provide essential logistics support, including order entry, routing, and dispatching drivers in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles, enter loads from customer tenders into the Freight Optimizer system, and validate all load data for accounting purposes.
• Conduct traffic coordination, schedule and reschedule delivery appointments, and take check calls from drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Investigate and document product overages, shortages, and damages, while providing detailed directions and instructions to properly route drivers.
