Caterpillar has an exciting opportunity for a Communications Specialist to join the Global Finance Services Division. As a Communications Specialist you will work to create employee communications content and participate in the execution of employee communications programs within the organization. This work is a key function of the division that allows for true engagement and collaboration across the organization. This position supports the division communications team to execute internal communications plans in support of our strategy and business goals. What You Will do :

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and advise on the suitability of approaches for communication efforts
• Track and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications
• Assist in the planning and creation of content for employee communication channels; ensure that messaging and branding are consistent across all channels
• Create clear attractive graphic materials that follow brand guidelines and help communicate messages effectively
• Develop and distribute communications materials such as written communications presentation materials etc.

Summary Pay Range :

$79800.00 - $119760.00
