Mozilla Marketing is looking for a Firefox Creative Director to join our team. This is an exciting moment to play a critical role in the future of one of the internet's most trusted browsers. We're looking for a Creative Director to lead global marketing efforts for Firefox. This role calls for a balance of conceptual vision and craft excellence, guiding a small in-house team alongside a strong network of agency partners.

What you'll do :

• Lead the development of campaign creative toolkits, and work with global teams to adapt and activate across markets.
• Collaborate with and lead agency partners to deliver bold, effective creative.
• Partner with in-house marketing strategists and go-to-market experts to increase creative impact in markets.
• Drive brand marketing campaigns that connect Firefox with audiences in key markets.
• Provide mentorship and management to support an ambitious internal team.
• Report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing, Brand and Creative.
