This full-time role is ideal for a recent college graduate or emerging professional who wants to build a long-term career in restaurant leadership, business operations, or pursue Chick-fil-A's highly competitive Leadership Development Program (LDP). Operator Frankie Turner has served as an Owner / Operator for over 30 years and currently leads two thriving Chick-fil-A locations in Maryville and Alcoa. He has personally developed more than 15 leaders into Chick-fil-A Owner / Operators or LDP participants. Frankie is known for his exceptional culture, strong mentorship, and proven ability to grow future leaders.
