About The Position

Job Title : Operating Room RN

Shift : Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Hours per Shift : 12.5 hours

Experience : Several years in the operating room; seasoned traveler

License : Current RN license in Kansas

Certifications : BLS and ACLS

Must-Have : Must have experience handling emergency neurosurgery independently.

Description :

The role involves participation in a wide range of surgical cases, including routine, urgent, and trauma procedures.

The RN will be responsible for both pre-operative and post-operative care.

On-call requirements may include :

• Up to two 7-11 shifts per month.
• Up to two 7pm-7am shifts per month.
• Up to two 7am-7am weekend shifts per month.

Holiday on-call is typically one working shift and one call shift per year.

Experience with Epic EMR is preferred.
