Senior ManagerIt Asset Management (Itam) System Engineering
The Senior ManagerIT Asset Management (ITAM) System Engineering's role is to manage ITAM technical functions and all ITAM technologies, as well as the team performing these functions and delivering technical services to ITAM customers. The Senior Manager will, across all ITAM technical functions and technologies, ensure a sustainable, effective, economical, and structured model is provided to meet and exceed SHI's business requirements and associated multi-year financial targets. The Senior Manager will be office-based from either the Austin, TX, or the Somerset, NJ, offices on a hybrid structure.
Responsibilities include :
- Responsible for the development and financial success of the department and functions under management.
- Drive positive change across all ITAM Technical Service functions and influence change broader than direct responsibility.
- Work closely with the ITAM partner community to ensure service capabilities remain current and provide significant customer value.
- Engage with other SHI departments to collaborate in the delivery of integrated services.
- Partner with ITAM Business Operations to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and quality across ITAM System Engineering.
- Support and encourage the growth, training, and personal development of team members.
- Control and manage the operational costs.
- Coordinating virtual teams and sponsorship of change implementation projects.
- Support all direct reports and the extended virtual SHI team during customer engagements.
- Help guide the development of new or improved technical processes, procedures, and tools to improve the quality of the data being captured, capture additional data to support added market opportunities, or process data more efficiently to improve the financial results of ITAM operations.
- Develop and enforce the ITAM System Engineering team's standard operating procedures and processes.
- Work across ITAM department to design and continuously improve ITAM service process, standards, and offerings.

CompTIA Security+CompTIA A+Microsoft Azure Architect TechnologiesThe base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $180,000. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary and bonus / commissions, are $140,000 - $220,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
