A privately held trading and logistics company with operations across both corporate and plant divisions is looking to add a Financial Analyst to its team. Since its founding in 2012, the company has grown steadily to nearly 70 employees, while maintaining an entrepreneurial, flat organizational culture that rewards initiative and promotes from within.

The Financial Analyst will be instrumental in cost allocation analysis, reporting, and supporting executive-level financial decision making. This is a highly visible position that will work closely with leadership and traders, requiring a mix of technical skill, business acumen, and communication ability.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

• Support development of cost allocation processes and facility utilization analysis.
• Partner with CFO and Controller to build reporting packages for executive review.
• Translate financial data into polished, actionable analytics using Excel and other tools.
• Collaborate with traders to analyze trade costs and improve decision-making.
• Assist with financial planning, forecasting, and presentation of results.
