job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist with acquisition documentation and file maintenance Conduct basic market research and data entry Draft simple procurement documents under supervision Support post-award contract administration Ensure compliance with federal acquisition policies Minimum 2 years of federal contracting experience (within the last 5 years) 24 semester hours in business, finance, law, or related fields Familiarity with Microsoft Office and federal systems (e.g., eCMS, SAM.gov) Strong attention to detail and communication skills U.S. Citizenship Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) Experience supporting VA or other healthcare-related federal contracts Familiarity with GSA eBuy and contract writing systems Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (local time of assigned office)
