Senior Manager, Workday Adaptive Planning

What You Will Do :

• In this role you will be responsible for maintenance and administration of Workday Financials and the integration with Adaptive Planning as well as other ancillary systems.
• You will partner with business teams to develop best in class processes for usability adoption overall application effectiveness and management reporting.
• Implement improvements and document best practices to ensure data integrity and standardize business processes.
• Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions processes and capabilities.
• Work to improve processes for efficiency while ensuring accuracy.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities and manage these upgrades.
• Focus on building solutions to solve business problems and improve user end experience.
• Partner closely with FP&A to support annual budgeting forecasting etc.
• Provide support for users; troubleshoot and remediate issues.
• Analyze business requirements and evaluate the feasibility of system modifications and enhancements.
• Conduct training and demo solutions to key business stakeholders as necessary.
• Support the business with complex reporting and analytics requests.
• Gain a knowledge of the companys operations in order to better support functional initiatives and provide recommendations to business partners.
• Configure and implement changes in the Workday Core Financials and Adaptive Planning to meet evolving business and operational needs.
• Ad-hoc requests as dictated by business needs.
