Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant (Hybrid)

Full time, Culver City, LA, United States. The hours 9A-6P PST with in office Tue / Wed / Thurs.

We are very excited to be on the lookout for an experienced Entertainment Consultant to join our Media & Entertainment division. This fast-paced and interesting role is based in the United States, and would suit someone who has a passion for entertainment travel, as our clients are major players in the TV and Film industries.

As a Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant, you will :

• Fulfill incoming travel requests / inquiries accurately and efficiently via Sabre Gds
• Have the ability to assist with group bookings, air / hotels, etc
• Be able to work well and remain calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detail
• Anticipate and provide proactive assistance on potential challenges that may arise for the client
• Understand and accurately support Production with crew and talent movements
• Be able to manage location and large group movements
• Confidently manage multiple complex itineraries
• Willingly aid team members within and across teams
• Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travellers
• Understand and accurately apply travel supplier rules
• Maintain current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported
• Provide the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
• Adhere to client and BCD Media & Entertainment policies and procedures to maintain quality control

You'll be offered :

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant is between $70,000 and $85,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
