You will be the Office Planner for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Grand Prairie, TX. Our team is responsible for planning utilization of office and lab space with requirements of organizational efficiency, and available facilities and funds. What You Will Be Doing As the Office Planner, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and allocating office and lab space for all locations. You will develop and recommend long-range plans to meet future office and lab space needs, and present these plans to internal teams and executives. You will also formulate, recommend, and ensure compliance with approved standards and policies relating to office and lab space and furnishings. Your responsibilities will include :

• Developing and recommending long-range plans to meet future office and lab space needs
• Presenting plans to internal teams and executives
• Formulating, recommending, and ensuring compliance with approved standards and policies relating to office and lab space and furnishings
• Providing liaison with owners of rented office space in matters relating to planning and implementation of alterations / leasehold improvements, occupancy, and adherence to lease allowance and terms
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure that office and lab space is allocated efficiently and effectively
• Analyzing and resolving space-related issues and conflicts
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure that office and lab space needs are met

Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
