All Walks of Life (AWL) is a licensed Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) serving Baltimore and surrounding areas. We are a mission-driven community-rooted agency committed to providing person-centered and trauma-informed mental health services. We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Mental Health Therapists to join our supportive and growing clinical team. The ideal candidate must have willingness to provide face-to-face services with individuals in the setting that is most accessible to client needs. AWL is a strong proponent of community-based treatment to include in home school and office.

Compensation will be based on Maryland Licensure :

$50-57 per session for LGPC and LMSW

$60-67 per session for LCSWC and LCPC

What Youll Do

Provide individual family and group therapy

Create and update treatment plans

Maintain clinical documentation

Participate in team meetings and trainings

Provide crisis intervention

Deliver services in-home in-school community-based or in-office

Qualifications

Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or related field

Maryland licensure : LMSW LCSW-C LGPC or LCPC

1 year clinical experience preferred

Valid drivers license insurance and reliable transportation

Preferred : Bilingual (Spanish / English) community-based experience familiarity with COMAR 10.63 & DLA-20 dual MD / DC licensure.

Schedule

Full-Time : 3240 hrs / week (30 billable sessions minimum)

Part-Time : 1215 hrs / week
