We are currently looking for an Information Technology Sourcing Manager who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement processes for technology-related products, services, and solutions. This role focuses on ensuring cost-effective, high-quality, and timely acquisition of technology to meet business needs.
Responsibilities :
- Initiate and lead sourcing activities on Hardware, Software, SaaS, and Cloud for Desktop, IT Architecture, Developers, Corporate Systems, Networking, IT Asset Management and Security.
- Identify, select, and contract with industry leading vendor partners such as (Cisco, Dell, HP, Palo Alto, Apple, AWS, Microsoft, Oracle.).
- Manage vendor relationship as a liaison between third-party vendors, evaluating performance on deliveries, quality, and pricing.
- Provide guidance on purchasing process to departments, ensuring compliance with local requirements, and negotiating contracts.
- Interpret policies, procedures, and regulation governing procurement activities, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Administer the Request for Proposal (RFP) function, developing effective scopes of services and leading cross-functional selection committees.
- Conduct contract administration, negotiating and modifying contracts as needed within established guidelines.
- Prepare purchase orders, quotes, and bid requests for approval, maintaining accurate records of acquisitions, costs, and inventories.
Qualifications :
Experience / Education
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on technology.Strong skills in evaluating and negotiating contractual language and pricing associated with master agreements, vendor services agreements, statements of work (SOW), subscriptions and licensing agreements within compliance framework.Strong understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to evaluate technology products and services.Extensive experience drafting and analyzing RFP’s, RFQ’s, RFI’sExperience with Dynamics GP and / or Coupa.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred.Additional Attributes
