Automation Tech 1- 4th Shift Details :

Direct Hire position

Weekend Shift (Friday through Sunday from 06 : 00pm to 06 : 00am)

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems. Analyze why machines aren’t working properly — this could involve mechanical faults, electrical issues, or hydraulic system failures.

Repair and modify equipment.

Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines to avoid breakdowns and extend equipment life.

Adhere strictly to maintenance protocols and company policies.

Work with various equipment including production machinery (that processes products from inbound raw materials to outbound packaged goods), warehouse automation equipment (such as conveyors, sorters, and packaging machines), forklifts, turnstiles, and other general warehouse machinery.

Automation Tech 1- 4th Shift Qualifications :

Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge.

Ability to diagnose and repair systems involving motors, sensors, pumps, valves, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), wiring, and fluid power components.

Experience with forklifts, repairing and maintaining forklifts.

Formal certifications or technical education is a plus, showing understanding of machinery and controls.

Valid driver’s license : Likely for moving between different areas or sites.

Minimum 1 year experience : Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing similar types of equipment.
