Locum Physician (MD / DO) - Urgent Care in El Paso, TX

Wellhart is seeking an experienced Physician specializing in Urgent Care for a 36-day locum tenens assignment in Texas. The assignment begins on 12 / 01 / 2025, with a work schedule of Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday 8 AM to 5 PM. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a typical urgent care setting, capable of performing various procedures including laceration closure, incision and drainage, X-ray and EKG interpretation. Workers' compensation experience and DOT certification are considered advantageous. • Provide comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages
• Perform laceration closures and incision and drainage procedures

• Conduct DOT examinations (certification preferred)
• Utilize Practice Velocity electronic health record system
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
