Key Responsibilities :
- Treatment Planning : Create engaging therapy materials for both verbal and non-verbal learners, including resources for AAC devices, visual icons, and communication boards. Collaborate with a dynamic team to implement and adhere to treatment plans set by the supervising SLP.
- Consultation & Instruction : Deliver personalized speech-language therapy based on individual student needs and functional levels. Inspire resilience and positivity in families and students.
- Data Collection & Documentation : Ensure precise record-keeping of therapy goals, progress, and additional relevant documentation.
Time Off Management : Full-time employees are encouraged to arrange their time off during school breaks. Requests will be reviewed and approved by the supervisor to maintain workflow.
Qualifications :
Licensure : Possess a current Speech Language Pathology Assistant license or have the eligibility to obtain one.Background Check : Complete Department of Justice / FBI Background Check or equivalent state or national fingerprint clearance.TB Clearance : Maintain a clear TB screening.Eligibility to Work : Must be eligible to work in the US.Physical Demands :
