Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst : Duties :

• Analyze monthly financial data providing variances explanations to plan or report forecasts.
• Prepare P&L forecasts and analysis of trends across our regional footprint.
• Build flexible data models to accurately project future performance and cash flows based upon varying assumptions.
• Prepare financial and operational analyses and track key performance statistics providing insights into business trends, opportunities and risks.
• Partner with operations, sales, and HR in data sourcing and calculation of pay for performance compensation plans for our sales and operation teams.
• Prepare and maintain cash position reports and cash forecasts.
• Track overhead and capital spending in relation to plan.
• Assists in preparation of special studies, analyses, and recommendations in areas such as budgets, reforecasts, and KPI reports.
• Continuously identify and implement automation, workflow enhancement, and reporting improvements
• Assists in the development and maintenance of recurring financial reporting.
