Legacy Forward Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client in Chicago, IL for the role of Entry Level Manager .

We’re looking for a self-motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales, marketing, and process improvement.

In this role, you’ll help enhance our client’s brand presence and customer experience while developing into a leadership position within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales & Marketing Engagement : Identify and engage qualified customers to drive results for client campaigns.

Drive Process Improvement :

  • Analyze trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the customer journey.

    • Customer Relationship Building :

  • Develop strong relationships and follow up to ensure satisfaction and retention.

    • Team Leadership & Development :

  • Coach and lead Customer Service Representatives, focusing on product knowledge and performance.

    • Training & Communication :

  • Conduct team meetings, provide 1-on-1 coaching, and communicate updates to ensure team growth.

    • Escalation Management :

  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and timely resolution.
