We are a dynamic and patient-focused practice specializing in Prosthetic and Orthotic devices , seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our patients across all locations.  There's also room for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and their families with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer and manage a multi-line telephone system.
  • Schedule patient appointments and follow up with reminders.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support patient care.
  • Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.
  • Collect and post patient financial responsibility at the time of service.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure processes are being followed for timely patient care and claim resolution.

    • Qualifications

  • Customer service-oriented
  • Experienced in handling  multiple-line phone
  • Proficient and accurate data entry skills
  • Prior experience in a medical office or Orthotics & Prosthetics (O&P) setting is required.
  • Being bilingual in Spanish is helpful.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar and general computer systems.
  • Strong organizational and clerical skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks and environments with a proactive mindset.
  • Must be a collaborative team player.
