Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Operations Manager with a strong background in production management to lead and optimize our daily operations. This role requires a well-versed leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, embraces continuous improvement, and ensures alignment with both regulatory standards and our company's mission. The ideal candidate will bring formal education in operations, business, or manufacturing and proven experience in nutraceutical or food production. This individual will not only oversee workflows but also inspire teams, champion innovation, and ensure Gummi World continues to deliver safe, high-quality products that meet the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Operational Oversight : Manage and optimize daily operations within our nutraceutical gummy manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Process Innovation : Stay current with the latest industry practices and trends, driving process improvements, automation opportunities, and sustainability initiatives.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and empower employees, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Performance Management : Develop, track, and analyze KPIs to measure operational success and guide strategic decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with sales, R&D, marketing, and finance teams to align production goals with customer needs and organizational strategy.
• Budget & Resource Management : Oversee operational budgets, inventory control, and resource allocation to optimize output while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure operations adhere to FDA, GMP, and other industry standards, while promoting a culture of workplace safety and ethical practices.
• Reporting & Communication : Provide clear and data-driven reports to senior leadership, identifying challenges, opportunities, and solutions.
