Mobile Device Management Specialist

2–4 years of experience managing and supporting mobile devices in a medium-to-large enterprise setting. Hands-on experience configuring and managing SOTI MobiControl and VMware AirWatch / Workspace ONE. Strong understanding of iOS, Android, and Windows mobile ecosystems, including security and application management. Experience with device lifecycle management : procurement, enrollment, support, and decommissioning. Familiarity with IT asset management tools, inventory tracking, and MDM reporting features. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Solid understanding of mobile device security, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
