Position : Assistant Maintenance Technician

Property : Greenridge Place

Compensation : $24.00 / hour (paid bi-weekly)

Closing Occupancy Bonus (paid monthly)

Retention Bonus (paid monthly)

About the Role :

The Assistant Maintenance Technician at Greenridge Place, plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our residential property. This position is responsible for performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to building systems and equipment, thereby enhancing tenant satisfaction and preserving property value. The Maintenance Technician will collaborate closely with property management and vendors to address maintenance requests efficiently and uphold compliance with safety regulations. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they escalate, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions. Ultimately, the Maintenance Technician contributes to creating a well-maintained, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents and occupants.

Qualifications :

  • HVAC Certified.
  • Participation in on-call rotation.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role within real estate or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • CPO certified preferred.
  • Ideal candidate will live within a 30-minute drive to the property.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
  • Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain and update records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and work orders.
