Description
This individual is a leader within the NA Dealer Channel Human Resources team and has responsibility for the assigned business unit across the functions of recruiting, training, onboarding, organizational development, employee relations, leadership development and general compensation and benefit support. This role will partner with managers and employees to provide HR support to our remote sites in states across the US as well as serving as the strategic leader for all things talent-related within the business unit. This individual is key in driving positive employee experience at the assigned business unit as well as ensuring an effective process to deliver future leadership development pipeline within the organization.
Responsibilities :
Partner with EDG Recruiting Manager and local managers in the full cycle recruiting and onboarding process Train and drive use of Culligan Interview Process with managers
Conduct interviews and debrief sessions for candidate feedback
Continually provide input to evaluate and enhance the tools, systems and process for attracting and retaining talent for the team
Maintain benchmark of compensation in the labor market and identify ways to remain competitive

Target Salary Range : $110,000 - 140,000 year. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
