Job Summary
The Marketing & Engagement Coordinator works under the supervision of the Marketing & Engagement Manager and operates in a multichannel environment requiring the ability to communicate effectively through written verbal and tele-communications using good judgment to aid members and providers disseminating detailed information and answering questions about DHMP health plans. Responds to inbound calls and e-mails providing courteous knowledgeable service to all members. Provides registration and on-site support as needed. This job will be remote / WFH. However on-site in-person meetings and events may be required. The coordinator must be able to work independently and in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and strategic initiatives. This position is essential to improving CAHPS scores and increasing member engagement.
