Full timeYour Role :
- Manage a diverse panel of patients, addressing a wide range of health needs through acute, chronic, and routine visits.
- Provide care in-office, at testing centers, and during occasional tele-health appointments.
- Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other training opportunities.
- Collaborate with in-office teammates during daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Leverage your clinical expertise to perform in-office procedures as needed.
Qualifications :
- Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with national certification.
- Minimum of two years of practice in an outpatient primary care setting in the last five years, or one year plus either a primary care fellowship or one year in an urgent care setting.
- State licensed in Arizona by your first day at One Medical.

This full-time position is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
